  The front office staff is a joke. When initialing scheduling my appointment, the clerk asked if i wanted to go to a different facility. And after i told her that i did not know the locations of the other facilities, she continued to ask me if i was sure... Three more times.
  Canceled my appointment and never told me. I just happened to call the day before to confirm and was told it had been canceled and now 'would I like to reschedule'. What do you think dummy?
  Now at the appointment, I had to ask for my ID and medical card to be returned because the desk clerk never gave them back. Three different front desk clerks helped me, and not one of them knew what was going on, all of them clueless and asking each other what to do.
  Once inside, the technicians were all great. Personable and friendly, excellent service. Too bad they have morons working the front.
